Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, request a demo, or contact us. This may include your name, email address, company name, phone number, and any messages you send.

We also collect usage data automatically, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and interaction data to improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you about your account or requested demos, send relevant product updates, and ensure security and compliance.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers only so they can help us operate the platform, or when the law requires it.

Some of those providers, such as our hosting and email delivery services, store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States.

4. Data Retention

We keep lead and account data for as long as our customers need it to run their business and meet their legal obligations, and for a reasonable period afterwards. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

5. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and keeping each customer’s data separate from every other customer’s.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@sent247.com.

7. Contact

For questions about this privacy policy, contact us at privacy@sent247.com.

If you have a complaint about how we have handled your personal information, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
