1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sent 24/7 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Sent 24/7 provides a lead distribution platform with tools for lead intake, routing, delivery, billing and reporting. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including the Spam Act 2003, the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 and the Privacy Act 1988, and any other laws that apply where you operate. You may not use the platform to distribute leads obtained without proper consent.
5. Payment Terms
Fees are set out in your quote or agreement. Unless that says otherwise, fees are billed monthly in advance and are not refundable, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires a refund. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.
6. Lead Data
You are responsible for collecting the leads you put into the platform lawfully, including any consent the law requires, and for having the right to pass them to your buyers. We handle that data on your behalf to provide the service, and in line with our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sent 24/7 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may immediately terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period to export your data.
