1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sent 24/7 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Sent 24/7 provides a lead distribution platform with routing, attribution tracking, and compliance tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state-specific lead generation laws. You may not use the platform to distribute leads obtained without proper consent.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data Processing

We process lead data on your behalf as a data processor. You remain the data controller and are responsible for ensuring all leads are collected with appropriate consent. Our data processing terms are governed by our Data Processing Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sent 24/7 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may immediately terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period to export your data.
